Jets Offense is the Pitts in 37-15 Loss to Steelers

It looked good early on, but the Jets offense would eventually fizzle and fall apart in an embarrassing 37-15 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Gang Green got off to a fast start as Aaron Rodgers hit a variety of receivers and Breece Hall looked good on the ground and through the air.  The Jets were able to march down the field before Hall scored on a 13-yard touchdown run to go up 7-3.  A 1-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Conklin made it 15-6 and those were the last points the Jets would score.

Pittsburgh would take over and go on a 31-0 run as Russell Wilson picked apart a depleted secondary and Najee Harris carried the ball 21 times for 102 yards and a touchdown.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw two more interceptions, giving him seven for the season.  And it was clear after the game that Rodgers wasn’t thrilled with the team’s level of enthusiasm.

He would comment to the press after the game that the energy before the game and at half time was low and he wasn’t sure why.  Welcome to the Jets, Aaron.
