For the second time in as many seasons, the Jets are primed to open on Monday Night Football. According to NFL insider Adam Schefter, the Jets will travel to San Francisco to take on the 49ers on September 9th.
It will mark Aaron Rodgers’ second game in Green and White. Of course Jets fans just hope this one goes much better than act 1, which lasted just four plays.
The trip out West will also be a homecoming of sorts for head coach Robert Saleh, who was of course the 49ers defensive coordinator before landing with Gang Green.
