Jets Sign Nine Players to Reserve/Future Deals
As is customary this time of year, the Jets have signed nine players to reserve/future deals with the 2023 season in the rear view mirror.
As reported by multiple outlets, the nine players include:
RB Jacques Patrick: Dalvin Cook’s backup in college, Patrick has bounced around with a few practice squads while seeing very little action. The 6′ 2” 231 pound back has just 2 NFL carries.
WR Malik Taylor: Taylor played a handful of snaps for the Jets this season after coming over from the Green Bay Packers as a free agent this past offseason.
WR Lance McCutcheon: The 6′ 3” Montana State product has spent time with the Rams, Texans and Jets without logging an NFL catch.
OL Obinna Eze: A huge lineman, Eze checks in at 6′ 8” 325 and played his college football at Memphis and TCU where he started over 30 games at offensive tackle.
OL Vitaliy Gurman: Spent two seasons at Toledo before landing on the Chiefs, Raiders and Cardinals practice squads. The Jets added Gurman to their practice squad earlier this month.
