Newman Added Roster, Zaire Barnes to IR and More

Ahead of their Sunday afternoon game against the Miami Dolphins, the Jets made a few roster moves with one becoming a seemingly weekly occurrence.

Guard Xavier Newman has again been signed to the active roster and could start his fourth contest of the year but remains to be seen.

Rookie linebacker Zaire Barnes was also placed on injured reserve which will effectively end his season while defensive lineman Jalyn Holmes and linebacker Marcelino McCrary-Ball were elevated from the practice squad.
