Jets Lose Rodgers After Just one Pass, Speculation Suggests Season in Jeopardy
It seems it’s possible that Aaron Rodgers’ debut season as a New York Jet may have lasted just one pass before suffering what some suggest could be a season ending injury.
Per @ProFootballDoc: The concern with #Jets QB Aaron Rodgers is a "significant worry for left Achilles tendon tear," based off of the video replay.
The slow-mo version appears to show a pop as Rodgers goes to the ground.

Rodgers was taken down by a Bills defender on his first drive and immediately sat down on the turf, crossing his arms over his bent knees. Rodgers was then assisted to the sideline before being carted off for x-rays.
Following the x-rays, it was reported that there was no fracture, but that Rodgers remained in a boot and a more serious injury could not be ruled out. It was not long after that that Dr. David Chao, former team doctor for the San Diego Chargers, said an Achilles tear could not be ruled out. That would of course bring his season to an end.
