After adding ten players yesterday, the New York Jets practice squad grew to fifteen players today. The Jets continued bringing in reinforcements from both their own preseason roster as well as a handful from other clubs.
Defensive lineman Jalyn Holmes, an Ohio State product who played for the Jets this preseason, gives the Jets a third interior defensive lineman, joining Tanzel Smart and Marquiss Spencer.
Meanwhile, safety Tyreque Jones (Titans), LB Marcelino McCray-Ball (49ers), guard Jason Poe (49ers) and running back Xazavian Valladay (Pittsburgh) were all added after being let go by their previous teams.
