Schefter: Jets get nod for Hard Knocks
Whether they like it or not, the New York Jets are are getting the nod for Hard Knocks. Just weeks after head coach Robert Saleh expressed a desire to avoid the popular series, Adam Schefter says it’s a go for Gang Green.
Mike Florio of Pro Football Network said weeks ago that it would be the Jets and had it right.
And while Saleh and company may not have wanted it, former Jets O-lineman Damien Woody, who was on the team in 2010 when they were last featured, says there’s little to worry about.
For anyone saying Hard Knocks is a ‘distraction’ for the #Jets organization is nonsense. The ppl at NFL Films do a wonderful job of just blending in behind the scenes…u trade for ARod this is what u get! Embrace it & have fun with it b/c we damn sure did back in 2010

Woody would say that the production does a great job of staying out of the way and blending in.
