Numerous sources confirm that the New York Jets have released safety Will Parks. The 28-year-old Parks, who has eight years of NFL experience, played 14 games for the Jets in the 2022 season. Last year he had 9 solo tackles and no interceptions. His best performance came against the Lions where he amassed 9 combined tackles. Parks’ career started with the Denver Broncos in 2016, and he has since played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins before joining the Jets. He recorded 17 solo tackles for the Jets over two seasons.

Will Parks, a Philadelphia native, started his football journey at Germantown High School before attending the University of Arizona for college. During his college years, Parks distinguished himself as a versatile defensive back and special teams contributor, leading to his sixth-round selection by the Denver Broncos in the 2016 NFL Draft.
His professional career began with the Broncos, where he played for four seasons. During his time in Denver, Parks displayed a knack for being around the ball, recording three interceptions and two forced fumbles. After a short stint with the Philadelphia Eagles and a brief period with the Miami Dolphins, Parks joined the New York Jets in 2021.
