An undrafted free agent out of Utah, Guidry spent the the 2020-2021 seasons in Green and White, appearing in 28 games (5 starts), picking up 70 tackles and four forced fumbles. He was then let go prior to the start of last season.
With Michael Carter II being the only established veteran nickel back on the roster, Guidry adds some experience covering the slot who has played some boundary corner. As a member of the Jets secondary in 2021, Guidry played 247 snaps on the outside.
Before signing with the Jets as a free agent, the ultra athletic Guidry opened plenty of eyes by running a 4.29 40 at the combine in Indy.
