LSU DB Jarrick Bernard-Converse Lands With Jets at Pick 204

The New York Jets added some versatility to their secondary with the 204th pick in the NFL Draft

, adding LSU defensive back Jarrick Bernard-Converse.

Previously a safety at Oklahoma State, Bernard-Converse ran a 4.42 40 at his pro day and is regarded as one of the most athletic defensive backs in this year’s class.

Given their question marks in the secondary at safety and the bottom of the cornerback depth chart, the selection of Bernard-Converse makes sense for Gang Green.
