Flacco to Start Week One; Zach Won’t Return Until Week 4

The reports earlier this week sounded encouraging for Zach Wilson. Returning for week one always seemed like it was going to be a long shot, but there are reports today confirming that Joe Flacco will start against the Ravens.

Sounds like a week two return for Zach Wilson has already been ruled out.

Saleh said Zach Wilson is out until at least the Pittsburgh game. So he'll miss the first three games. Saleh said after gathering all the information that's the decision the team came to.

Robert Saleh told the media that this is about the long game with Zach Wilson because he is a young man. So they are going to keep him out the first three games, with Wilson on track to return on the road vs the Pittsburgh Steelers.
