6 TDs for Zach Wilson — Bonus Jets Camp Notes 08/04/21

Practice began at 10am and ended at 12pm

Red Zone 1v1 drills for WR and DBs
Bless Austin came away with an interception
Michael Carter II went against Braxton Berrios and had a pass breakup
Elijah Moore had 2 TD’s and one of them was verse Marcus Maye

11v11 Series
First play was a huge run for Tevin Coleman to the right side
Keelan Cole had a 20 yard catch from Zach Wilson
Elijah Moore made a nice sideline catch from ZW

DB Flight group
Zane Lewis had an interception off James Morgan but it was stripped Denzel Mims

Denzel Mims had a TD with tight coverage on his hip, the entire WR group embraced him with hooting and hollering

7v7 Redzone Series
Zach Wilson went 8 for 9 with completions and had 6 Touchdowns
TD’s were scored by Corey Davis, Trevon Wesco, Ryan Griffin, Jeff Smith, Tyler Kroft and Chris Herndon

Wilson did a much better job today getting the ball out quick, he had a lot of pressure in his face but handled it much better the Monday Tuesdays practice.

QB Hunters
Bryce Huff had a would be sack and Carl Lawson did his daily routine of disruption as well. One of the best plays of the day by a D-Lineman was John Franklin Myers that forced Zach Wilson out of the pocket and deflected the ball that was designed for his tight end

Alex Varallo

Grew up in North Jersey about 20 minutes away from the stadium. Residing in Suffern, Ny. Patiently waiting for our next Lombardi trophy. Go Jets!
