JetNation Power Ranking Week 13 (Top 10)
- Kansas City Chiefs (11-1) – The Chiefs are allowing 21 points per game. There’s not a defense in the league that can hold the Chiefs offense to less than 21. Last Week: 1
- New Orleans Saints (10-2) – Make it nine straight wins for the Saints. After the Eagles, we get a potential Super Bowl preview with the Chiefs making a visit to New Orleans. Last Week: 3
- Pittsburgh Steelers (11-1) – The running game is the most pressing issue for Pittsburgh. At 92 yards per game, only the Bengals, Bears, and Texans run for fewer yards per game. That isn’t going to get it done in the playoffs especially when the recipe for beating KC is keeping their offense off the field. Last Week: 2
- Buffalo Bills (8-3) – The Bills were much the better team Sunday in San Francisco. This week’s tilt against the Steelers will tell us if the Bills are a serious contender or just another pretty face in the AFC. Last Week: 4
- Green Bay Packers (9-3) – Only the Chiefs score more points than the Packers. The defense is currently ranked 11th in yards allowed. That’s a winning formula and has the Packers pressing the Saints for the NFC’s top seed. Last Week: 5
- Cleveland Browns (9-3) The Browns are rolling and dominated a Titan team in a game where they were considered a slight underdog. The Browns are on their way to being the team nobody wants to play in the playoffs. Last Week: 6
- Los Angeles Rams (8-4) – The Rams won a huge divisional game Sunday against the upstart Cardinals putting the Card’s postseason hopes in jeopardy. This team can be as good as it wants to be, and as good as Goff can be, which seems to be anywhere week to week. Last Week: 9
- Miami Dolphins (8-4) – The Dolphins are limited on offense, but the defense is behind only Pittsburgh in allowing just 17.7 points per game. If they can find some explosive plays, they can be a major factor in the AFC.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-5) – We will see if a well-timed bye week was beneficial for this team that thus far has been much better on paper than they are on the field. Last Week: 10
- Seattle Seahawks (8-4) – The Seahawks playoff positioning was dealt a huge blow by the surprisingly improved Giants. The lack of production from the offense was the most concerning thing from Sunday’s performance. The Seahawks can’t afford a letdown this week against New York’s other team. Last Week: 8
