Some fans will hate this deal but plenty will love it.
The Jets have reportedly dealt star safety Jamal Adams and a 4th round pick to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for 3 premium draft choices and a starting player.
Adams will go to the Seahawks while the Jets receive safety Bradly McDougald along with a 2021 1st round choice, a 2022 first round pick and a 3rd round choice in 2021 as well. With the Seahawks being a Super Bowl contender, Douglas did the right thing by insisting on a pair of first round picks.
McDougald has started 75 career games, picking off 10 passes and racking up a total of 451 tackles.
