Jets Trade Down In 2nd Round

The Jets were set to draft at # 48 overall but they traded the pick to the Seattle Seahawks. In return for the 48th overall pick the Jets will receive Seattle’s 59th (2nd round) and 101st (3rd round). The Jets now have three 3rd round picks.

Joe Douglas seems to be betting on the depth that this draft has to offer.

Jets trade down from 48 to 59… and pick up another third-rounder (No. 101).

So NYJ now has 3 third-rounders: 68, 79, 101
