Jamal Adams; Trade Him or Keep Him?

Jamal Adams is a great player, the team is better off with him and GreenBean would like to see the Jets to sign him to a long term extension. The question has to be asked after the recent rumors, will he skip voluntary online workouts? Is this just the beat reporters trying to rile up the fan base? Adams says that rumors that he will be skipping these workouts didn’t come from him. Does this drama change anything? Could Jamal Adams be traded?
