Davis to Saints; Cantanzaro to Bucs
The Jets had three of their own free agents sign with other teams today. Demario Davis (Saints), Chandler Catanzaro (Tampa Bay Bucs) and Julian Stanford (Bills).

Source: Chandler Catanzaro's deal with Bucs: 3 years, $9.75M… $3.75M guaranteed. … Don't blame the Jets for passing. https://t.co/r1SeVKe3nb pic.twitter.com/aFYePCncOh

Former Jets linebacker Demario Davis expected to sign with the New Orleans Saints per source. Deal is 3 years, $24 million, $18 million in guaranteed

According to Mike Rodak of ESPN, Stanford’s contract is a two-year deal worth up to $3 million but only $550,000 of that money is guaranteed.
The Jets seemed the most interest in bringing back Demario Davis but they weren’t able to agree to contract terms. Davis became expendable with the reported signing of Avery Williamson.
