Report: Jets Shut out of Prime Time
By Glenn Naughton
It appears New York Jets fans aren’t the only ones who aren’t all that fired up to watch Gang Green take the field in 2017.
As fans await the official release of the NFL schedule tonight, New York Jets beat writer Brian Costello of the New York post says that a source has confirmed to him that the Jets will be opening their season on the road against the Buffalo Bills.

More interesting however, is that Costello says for the first time since 2007, the Jets will not have a Monday night game on their schedule, and the same goes for prime time Sunday contests.
The only chance the Jets will have of playing in front of a national audience will be if a late-season game is flexed to prime time.
Don’t hold your breath on that one.
