Calvin Pryor Rips Rex Ryan
Even though second year safety Calvin Pryor has missed the last two games and is questionable to play in the “Rex Bowl” on Thursday night, he did not hesitate to give an honest opinion of his former coach.
The guy does anything for attention 😴

Pryor was referring to Rex Ryan’s decision to name the player who broke Geno Smith’s jaw, IK Enemkpali a game day captain. Ryan has a history for naming players who are going up against their former team’s captains for the coin toss but many people looked at this as a disrespectful gesture by the Bills head coach.
Pryor’s tweet was only the beginning of the many shots he would take. “Definitely disrespectful” is how the 2014 first rounder described Rex’s decision to reporters. He did not stop there when discussing the former Jets coach. Ryan stood by his conviction of the 2013 Jets draft class as being an “A+” but when asked about the one in 2014, which featured Pryor as their top selection he said “Not so much”. Clearly, this rubbed Pryor the wrong way by him saying “Has to do with coaching, too” and “(Rex) could have played guys in the right position” last year.

When Calvin Pryor was selected by the Jets, Rex Ryan compared him to Jack Tatum but he had to play out of his natural “box safety” position for his rookie season. Before he was finished talking to reporters, Pryor had to deliver one more jab. When asked about his opinions of Rex Ryan as a head coach, he simply said “No Comment”.
