Geno Smith Out 6-10 Weeks; Broken Jaw

Geno Smith was having a strong training camp this year and today the unthinkable happened. There are reports saying that Geno Smith was punched in the face by 2nd year linebacker Ik Enemkpali and Geno has a broken jaw. Multiple reports state that Geno will be out between 6 to 10 weeks. Which means that he will miss some time during the regular season.

Kimberley A. Martin has tweeted that IK has been released.

Geno required surgery. Bowles says they might bring in another Quarterback. Bowles says the altercation was childish…6th grade type stuff.
