On Thursday the New York Jets will complete day three of their voluntary veteran minicamp. Todd Bowles said that jobs won’t be won or lost while the players are in shorts. It is nice to read about this new Jets team being back on the field. The thought of Darrelle Revis covering Brandon Marshall serves as a reminder that this team has upgraded many positions.

Here are some detailed updates from minicamp:

Injury Updates From Todd Bowles

Darryl Slater has some updates on attendance:

Defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson, seeking a long-term contract, remained absent. So did defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson, who had been at voluntary workouts throughout this month, but wasn’t at Tuesday’s practice. Safety Calvin Pryor and wide receiver Jeremy Kerley were absent Tuesday, but both returned Wednesday. Remember, all of these workouts are voluntary until the Jets’ June minicamp.

I started JetNation in 2005 and have been a New York Jets season ticket holder since graduating from high school. My dream is to see the New York Jets win the Super Bowl. Until then, I will be right here on JetNation writing, dreaming and talking NY Jets football.
