Each week JetNation will highlight three players to watch from the opposing team. This week, the Chiefs…
1) Travis Kelce, TE: Not many have heard of the second year tight end from Cincinnati… yet. Kelce leads the team in receptions (28), yards (352), touchdowns (3), and plays of 20+ yards (6). At 6-foot-5 and 260 pounds, Kelce is a matchup problem for everyone. He is as physical and tough as a receiver as it gets.
2) Eric Fisher, LT: The former number one overall pick is having his struggles. Smith has struggled with speed rushers and last week gave up five of the teams 12 hurries. The Jets have a plethora of defensive lineman to matchup against Fisher and create havoc on quarterback Alex Smith.
3) Justin Houston, OLB: It’s no secret the Jets offensive line has struggled and now they get to square off with the current sack leader. Houston is an animal, using his size and speed for different rush moves to get to the quarterback. The Jets should always have a back in the backfield to help with pass protection.
