Rex Ryan described what happened on the play. ” I saw the play. He just goes and tries to defend the (ball), going against Quincy (Enunwa), tries to make the play on the football and came down and rolled his ankle.” Rex also indicated that Milliner would undergo an MRI. Ian Rappoport provides some updates on the prognosis.
#Jets believe CB Dee Milliner suffered a high-ankle sprain, per source. Out a few weeks. He thought it was broken, but tests show a sprain

Considering how Dee Milliner worked in the offseason & his well-stated goals, high-ankle sprain isn't worst-case scenario. Not great either

After the injury to McDougle, the Jets depth will be tested even more. Having Milliner out for a few weeks will give the Jets time to see what they have in a group that includes Dimitri Patterson, Darrin Walls, Ellis Lankster, Rasi-I Dowling and a few other younger players including rookie Jeremy Reeves.
