NY Jets Sign Chris Pantale To Active Roster, Add Michael Campbell To Practice Squad
Today the New York Jets signed tight end Chris Pantale to the active roster from the practice squad. Pantale came to the Jets as an UDFA out of Boston College and has spent his entire time on the practice squad until now. He will be given the opportunity to possibly get some playing time moving forward, he is known for his blocking ability. At the same time the Jets placed linebacker Troy Davis on Injured Reserve

Troy Davis suffered a chest injury on a special teams play versus the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday. The Jets are hoping that Garrett McIntyre can get healthy soon as he is still dealing with a knee injury.

The Jets filled the empty spot on the practice squad with wide receiver Michael Campbell. The 23 year old came on with the Jets as an UDFA out of Temple University and is already familiar with the NY Jets offense.
