Kellen Winslow of the New York Jets has been suspended without pay for four games for violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances.
Winslow’s suspension begins immediately. He will be eligible to return to the Jets’ active roster on Monday, November 4 following the team’s November 3 game against the New Orleans Saints.
The 4-game suspension will cost Winslow $197k. He returns in bye week, so won't play until Nov. 17 vs. Bills. #Jets

The impact of losing Kellen Winslow will be minimized if Jeff Cumberland can build upon his performance against the Falcons. On Monday night Cumberland had 4 catches for 79 yards with a touchdown. His average reception was 26.3 yards. You can read more about this in our New York Jets forum.
