Cleveland Frowns: Question for Rex
ClevelandFrowns.com has a question for Rex Ryan.
We wonder if anyone’s asked Rex Ryan if he’s grateful for the work that Eric Mangini did in his three years as head coach of the New York Jets laying the foundation for much (most? almost all?) of the Jets’ run to the AFC Championship game.
We have an answer for ClevelandFrowns; Rex Ryan has shown all year that he thinks this roster is talented. He came in and made it clear he loved the talent level on this team. That being said, to give credit to Eric Mangini for what the Jets have done this season is a pretty big stretch. Rex Ryan is the anti-Mangini, open, willing to change and trusting. If there is credit that is due from years past it would go to GM Mike Tannenbaum.
This team is peaking at the right time and 100% of the credit for that goes to the current coaching staff.
Tell us what you think in our New York Jets message board.
