Kerry Rhodes Hosts Football Clinic
By Tyson Rauch
On Monday afternoon Kerry Rhodes, the star safety from the New York Jets, hosted a skills and drills clinic for 9 lucky students from St. Vincent Martyr School. The football clinic was the result of a donation made by Rhodes that was auctioned off for the school’s annual spring fundraising program. The kids participated in several drills with Rhodes by their side providing some coaching and lots of fun. A good time was had by all and it was refreshing to see a professional athlete take some time to give back to his community.

New York Jets news and notes
1) The New York Jets have signed free agent LB Brock Christopher.
2) Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall has reportedly asked to be traded. While I have a hard time believing that Denver will even considering trading Marshall, I do not see the Jets making any effort to acquire him. Marshall has a long list of off-the-field issues combined with the fact that he is looking for a new long-term deal.
