JetNation Top 10 – Week Sixteen
1. Pittsburgh Steelers
If the Steelers get 13 points, they win.
2. Tennessee Titans
The Titans can knock off the Steelers on Sunday and ensure that if they play again it will be in Tennessee.
3. Indianapolis Colts
The Colts are rolling toward the playoffs.
4. Carolina Panthers
Carolina has to like the way things are going. They are on the way up, and the Giants are struggling. A win on Sunday will mean a changing of the guard in the NFC.
5. New York Giants
The loss of Burress is starting to hurt. Defenses are not afraid of the big play. Eli and the running game will suffer unless something is done to stretch the field.
6. Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys recharged their season by beating the Giants.
7. Baltimore Ravens
The defense will keep the Ravens in every game. If they can move the ball just a little bit or get a break on special teams, they can beat anyone.
8. New England Patriots
Sitting at 9-5 and tied for the division lead with two weeks left has to be a spot the Pats would have been happy to be in back when Brady got hurt.
9. Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons are a great story this season and a model for dealing with distraction.
10. Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings have a passing game all of a sudden.
Bottom Five
28. Kansas City Chiefs
It was a tough loss Sunday. These may be the last two games for coach Herm with Carl Peterson retiring.
29. Oakland Raiders
Jumping ship is in fashion in Oakland.
30. Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals have winnable games left and can easily escape the bottom five if they play with any heart.
31. St. Louis Rams
Look for a Ram’s college scout at a bowl game near you.
32. Detroit Lions
It doesn’t look like Detroit can’t avoid a winless season and an unfortunate entry into the history books.
