Jets sign Cotchery to Contract Extension

The Jets announced today that they have signed WR Jerricho Cotchery to a contract extension.  Terms of the deal were not announced.

Jerricho had a break out year in 2006.  He fell just short of 1,000 yards receiving.  He become a favorite of Eric Mangini’s because of how hard he worked heading into last season. 

The Jets did the right thing and used some of that available cap room and locked up a rising star.  Visit our forums for contract details.
