Jets Waive Barlow, Teague, Sign Poteat
The Jets made a few roster moves this week. Running back Kevan Barlow was waived. The move will save 2.75 million against the cap.  The disappointing Barlow will cost the Jets a 4th rounder in the upcoming draft.
OL Trey Teague was also waived. Trey spent the year on I.R. and was not being counted on for next season. At best he would have served as a backup.
The Jets also resigned Hank Poteat to a one year deal worth $635,000. Hank joined the Jets last season and played well. He has been in the league since the year 2000 when he was with the Pittsburgh Steelers. As a Steeler he served mostly as a kickoff and punt returner. Hank has also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New England Patriots.
