Pennington Gets Opening Day Nod
Head Coach Eric Mangini announced today that Chad Pennington has won the starting QB job. Chad will not play vs. the Eagles. The other three quarterbacks will play and Mangini stated the competition for the final two spots remains open.

-Curtis Martin will be on the PUP List to start the season. Curtis says he feels confident that he can contribute around midseasonÂ
-Offensive Lineman Trey Teague was removed from the PUP list and placed on the active roster
-DT Tui Alailefaleula was placed on Injured Reserve
