I am pro Herm.
Sure he has his weak points as a head coach but I think the positives out weigh the negatives by far.
I liked how he got the team to play as a team going into the playoffs. Everyone who suited up against sd & pitt played their hearts out & herm should get the credit for that.
I am however anti Dick Curl.
