In news that will likely mean absolutely nothing to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, New York Jets defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson today entered a guilty plea for multiple charges stemming from an off-season incident in which he was found to be driving at excessive speeds and resisting arrest while in a vehicle that contained a loaded gun and a 12-year old child.
Richardson, arguably the Jets most talented defensive player, will now wait to hear back from the NFL in regards to a likely suspension from Goodell as he prepares to do 100 hours of community service as directed by the court following his plea.
